On November 9th, we hosted a group of representatives from French institutions at 42 Warsaw as part of our Open Day event. The event was warmly welcomed by Oktawia Gorzeńska, director of 42 Warsaw, and Jean Marc Harion – CEO of the Play Group, the strategic partner of our campus, who brought 42 to Poland. Etienne de Poncins, the Ambassador of France, who was present at the event, emphasized in his speech that Polish-French cooperation is thriving, and the establishment of a new collaboration hub for the IT community in Warsaw is necessary due to the dynamic growth of the industry.
During the meeting, we introduced the concept of 42 and presented the campus’s operational vision, which revolves around building relationships with the IT industry through organizing joint events, projects, as well as internships – integral elements of the 42 educational program. Our guests also had the opportunity to explore the campus space, guided by Iga Skolimowska, the event & partnership manager, and participated in a Q&A session led by Klaudiusz Jackowski, an educator.
We hope that yesterday’s event is just the beginning of a fruitful collaboration with the IT community in Warsaw – and we can promise that we have many networking events planned to foster the environment and contribute to its growth!
