The recruitment process for 42 Warsaw has been ongoing since June, but it was only yesterday that we finally met in person the first individuals who have successfully solved our logic puzzles, thus passing the initial stage of the recruitment process. Here’s a brief report from yesterday’s incredibly important and unique Introduction Meeting. 🙂
The Introduction Meeting is one of the mandatory stages in the recruitment process for all 42 academies worldwide. Nearly 80 people aspiring to begin their studies at our campus in Warsaw attended the meeting. It was crucial for presenting the candidates with the details of the next on-site stage of recruitment, which is the 4-week boot camp called Piscine (French for “swimming pool”). Participants had ample opportunities to ask our team questions, both about Piscine and further education at 42 Warsaw. During the meeting, we also had an online conversation with individuals studying at the Wolfsburg campus (big thanks to Iryna Beliaieva and Yison Wong!), who shared their experiences with 42 and answered many interesting and challenging questions. We also explored the campus together 🙂
The upcoming Introduction Meetings are scheduled for October 17th (online meeting), October 25th (on-site meeting), and November 9th (online meeting). Every candidate must attend such a meeting at least once to be eligible to continue and register for Piscine – let’s remind ourselves that the first Piscine starts on November 20th!
