PEDAGOGY & IT SUPPORT INTERN WANTED!
We are looking for an intern to support us in our activities so that we can provide an even better experience for our students.
As part of the role, you will help organize and extend learning opportunities for our student community, contribute to projects in pedagogy and IT (including automation), and explore innovative peer-to-peer learning methods.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of tools aimed at optimizing and automating processes (both IT and pedagogy-related).
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for event technology (IT).
- Learn to guide students in resolving technical issues by teaching them the best IT practices.
- Offer support to the pedagogy team, specifically with tools like 42, intra, norminette, moulinette, etc.and events like exams.
- Support the organization and facilitation of hackathons, events, piscines, and other learning-related activities.
- Help assess and gather feedback on the effectiveness of the learning methods and support offered by the school.
- Contribute to communication efforts around learning, including emails, Slack updates, and AMA sessions.
- Work alongside the Pedago (communications, corporate relations, administration) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing learning partnerships and events as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligibility to live and work in Warsaw, Poland.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with basic scripting and automation tools such as Ansible.
- Completed Common Core is a must
- Experience working with the 42 API is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for helping others and solving day-to-day challenges.
- A solution-oriented, empathetic mindset, passion for providing guidance
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills to help manage multiple tasks and events.
CONDITIONS:
- Duration: 5 months
- Salary: 6 000 PLN gross
- Direct collaboration with a mentor who will provide feedback and help you develop your skills.
- Full-time contract
- Onsite work
- Start at 20th of October (the earliest)
You can register this internship on intra as a Work Experience I project.
