We come from various backgrounds, bringing different experiences and skills, but we all share a deep passion for innovative education.
ALEKSANDRA CZETWERTYŃSKA
DIRECTOR
She has extensive and longstanding experience working in non-governmental organizations focused on education and digital competencies at the Center for Citizenship Education and the Digital Center Foundation. The concept of learning holds great significance for her. As Director of 42 Warsaw, she is committed to offering talented students high-quality tech education and career development opportunities, with a focus on enhancing diversity in the tech industry.
ALINA PIELASZKIEWICZ
PEDAGO & IT SPECIALIST
As an alumna of the 42 campus, she supports students and candidates as they navigate their own educational paths in the unique 42 pedagogy system. She values education, personal growth, and collaboration as key drivers for positive change. Her transition from natural sciences to technology was sparked by a determination to understand and contribute to developing technologies. Committed to using technology for meaningful improvements, she is excited to help empower the next generation of tech innovators at 42 Warsaw.
LUKE WILLIS
PEDAGO MANAGER
After many years of teaching Health and Safety, SCUBA diving, and English, Luke has finally achieved the dream of all teachers – a workday with no lessons. He keeps an eye on the day-to-day progress of the students, and spends some time with programming code, whether it be writing it, staring at it, or cursing it. He’s also simultaneously both the most local and most exotic member of the team, being a graduate of the school and a native Englishman.
JOANNA ŚMIGIEL
HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION
Previously a coordinator of international and EU projects in education (LLL, digital education, development education, key competences), experienced in working in multicultural and multilingual environment. At 42 Warsaw, she is responsible for overseeing office day-to-day operations, planning and coordinating administrative procedures and generally, making sure that 42 Warsaw office runs smoothly. She is not afraid of budgets, schedules and deadlines.

IT LEAD
He is an IT Lead at 42 Warsaw, responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure of the school. He has experience in assisting users with overcoming challenges they encounter. If you encounter any difficulties with your accounts, software, hardware, or anything else, there’s no need to worry – feel free to reach out for assistance.
HERKULES PIEREWOJ
CAMPUS LIFE COORDINATOR
He is a video editor, STEAM and new technologies’ educator with significant experience in non-government organizations. At 42 Warsaw he is responsible for our social media content and IT infrastructure’s smooth operation. He’ll help you take your first steps in 3D printing and modelling, as well as resolve any technical difficulties you may encounter. His goal is for peer-to-peer education to be common in all Polish schools, and universities. You’ll find him easily just by seeking lens reflections. A sailing enthusiast, and the official videographer of the 50th World Championship in DN ice sailing.
MAGDA GOŁĘBIEWSKA
ADMISSION & COMMUNITY MANAGER
She oversees the organization and management of student life activities, creating opportunities for connection and growth.For years, she combined the roles of Project Manager and Communications Specialist, working on digital, educational and cultural projects. She has extensive experience in organizing events and leading projects on both national and international levels, including collaboration within international consortia.She is fascinated by the social aspects of technological development. In her free time, she enjoys watching and reading anything related to science fiction and hiking, mostly in the Tatra Mountains.
MAGDA GARNCAREK
PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
A sociologist by background, Magda has spent much of her professional journey driving and promoting projects in education, architecture, and design – fields she sees as powerful tools for creating positive social impact.
At 42 Warsaw, she focuses on building its visibility in Poland through external communication, strong public relations, and high-quality content across multiple channels.
A talkative kind of introvert, she loves her work as much as wandering and getting lost while traveling, especially on islands.
