42 Warsaw Discovery Piscine: Introduction to Python (2025)

Join us for the Python Discovery Piscine! This 5-day introduction to Python programming will help you discover your potential for coding and new career paths!

Discovery Piscine is free, intensive, and takes place in a friendly, international environment. It’s a perfect chance to see if coding is right for you, no matter your prior experience.

What, when, where?

When: November 17-21, 2025, every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Where: 42 Warsaw campus, al. Solidarności 171B (SPARK office building)

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.

Applications are open until November 12th – APPLY HERE.

Everyone is welcome, especially those who are:

curious about programming but have never tried it
experienced in coding but want to develop further
eager to master the basics of Python
interested in the peer-to-peer model and want to try it
dissatisfied with too much theory in traditional universities
looking for practical learning to find a job more easily
seeking inspiration to take action in a new field
blooming in a collaborative learning environment

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.Remote or hybrid participation is not possible.The Discovery Piscine will be in English (conversational level required).Prior coding experience is not required, nor are certificates or diplomas.

At 42 Warsaw, we use peer-to-peer and project-based educational method. We don’t have teachers, classes, workshops. You will learn everything through collaboration and solving practical projects on Python basics.
The Discovery Piscine is NOT part of the recruitment process for 42 Warsaw. However, it’s a great opportunity to experience the peer-to-peer learning model we use at 42 and see if coding is for you. If you want to apply right away, click here.

We now have:

54,000 students trained worldwide since 42’s creation in 2013
25,000 active students currently engaged in our project-based, peer-to-peer, tuition-free education

Last year alone, our network saw significant growth:

10,850+ new students joined our global tech education community
+20% growth in our alumni community

The meeting will be in English, just like the entire learning process at 42 Warsaw.

We’ll meet in our auditorium, the hub of our community gatherings. You’ll learn about our peer-to-peer methodology – what it is, why is it worth and when it works the best.
We’ll also explain the recruitment process step by step, from the logic games you can play online anytime to the Piscine, the final and most decisive stage.

Meet our students, visit the campus!

Open Day is the perfect chance to fully understand the 42 Warsaw concept. It’s also one of the rare opportunities to tour our campus – the heart of our community – before becoming a student.

You’ll see our clusters designed for collaborative work, rush rooms for individual or small group tasks, the students’ kitchen, and social spaces. You’ll see for yourself how our campus caters to the diverse needs of our students, offering a comfortable, inspiring space. It’s open 24/7, allowing everyone to tailor their learning schedule to their life. Both the campus and the entire building are accessible to individuals with mobility disabilities.
