ABOUT US

42 Warsaw is a full-time non-profit coding school. Our mission is to educate and empower the coders of the future by providing a disruptive learning model in a safe and inspiring environment. Education is free and takes place on-site in an international setting. The modern campus (over 2000 m² in an office building in central Warsaw) is available to students 24/7.

We welcome applications from people just beginning their studies or looking to re-skill. No prior experience in coding is required. Students must be 18+ (no upper age limit) and ready to study on-site and in English.

42 PEDAGOGY

Our non-traditional methodology is based on peer-to-peer learning, encouraging you to interact with peers, find solutions together, and evaluate each other’s projects.

Students work on projects and evaluate them with each other. Students take full responsibility for their learning process, choosing their projects and pace, which fosters self-management, time organization, project planning, and a growth mindset.

Learning how to learn is the most important future-proof skill. It gives the confidence and courage to grow autonomously and face new challenges. By working on practical, real-life projects, students develop soft skills like problem-solving, entrepreneurship, creativity, and collaboration, making them highly job-ready and valued by employers.

CAMPUS

The heart of 42 Warsaw community is our campus. It goes beyond a typical education space – it’s a thoughtfully designed hub where students connect and develop coding skills, innovative thinking, and a can-do attitude.

MEET THE TEAM

The daily operations of 42 Warsaw are managed by a team of individuals dedicated to ensuring that students feel seen, heard, and able to study in a friendly and encouraging environment. We have different backgrounds but we share a common passion for innovative education.

42 NETWORK

We are part of a global network of coding schools founded in Paris in 2013. In 2024, the 42 Network ranked 6th in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) for the second year in a row, just behind renowned legends like MIT, Stanford, and Aalto University.

42 has established the largest network of IT campuses worldwide using the same proven methodology. Today, our network includes 54 campuses in 31 countries, with over 21,000 students enrolled. All of our campuses are tuition-free, innovative, and open to students from all backgrounds.
